Organizing the summer holidays may seem the easiest thing, on the other hand what will it be to organize something pleasant? No, not at all! There are people , including us until a few years ago, for whom the organization of holidays can cause stress and turn into a real nightmare. This is not good, the aim is to unplug and it can not become tiring even to organize something beautiful and above all highly anticipated.
So we thought we’d leave you in this post some tips on how to organize the holidays at your best, a kind of little “survival guide” to the summer exodus
Check your budget
The first thing to do is what you have at your disposal and whether there will be additional revenue before departure. After that it is essential to understand how much you are willing to spend on the holidays and set a maximum figure that does not make you find completely broke when you return.
Choose your destination by budget
It seems the simplest thing, but it is not the case: fixed the maximum budget, which includes, for example, flight +accommodation, informed about any food costs, car-motorcycle-bike rental, fuel prices or public transport tickets. These are often the main things on which the choice of destination is based.
Book
If you choose a travel agency, remind them of the budget and give precise indications about the period. Another fundamental thing, be informed about flight costs, for example, and propose your information to the agency, which often tends to offer pre-packaged packages. If you find an unmissable flight offer, it immediately causes the agent to block the flight(you know, it’s the flights that cost too much). If you have the option, pay the agency immediately, otherwise set precise dates and installments to delate the payment.

Organize timelines
Once you’ve chosen your destination and booked, try to organize everything you’ll need to do before you leave and anticipate what you’re sure to have to do at work: so anticipate payments, get the job done, do all the medical visits you should have done on your return, the study anticipates.
Prepare documents
Check that your passport is alido, your ID card hasn’t expired, or your driver’s license. Always check that ATMs and credit cards are not demagnetized. Above all, play ahead and keep all these documents at hand, don’t remember them at the last and then wonder where the hell your passport is.
Thinking about the suitcase
First thing to do and physically check your luggage; check that the trolley closures and wheels work perfectly, same thing as the handle and the internal pockets. As soon as you can, draw up a list of everything you need. For example, we often mark on the notes of the iPhone any combinations of clothes or what we need for personal hygiene. Speaking of clothes, at least a week before leaving do not wear what you will bring with you, wash it, iron it and store it, it will be perfect once you arrive at your destination. In addition, we use a large “common” hold case for the clothing of both, soaps, toothbrushes and shoes. The most personal one, straight into your carry-on luggage.
Split spaces
Speaking of suitcase, it is always important to organize the space. In summer we definitely have more thanks to shorts and light dresses. Organize volumes and above all avoid those things that “you never know” but then lie in the suitcase all the time. For example, I eliminated heels and hair straighteners.
Organizing the summer holidays also means revolutionizing your routine a little and it is the right opportunity to feel freer from those objects of which we are often slaves, then we said NO STRESS!
Latest preparations
Crucial if you start by car is the control of the car, indeed two: one long before departure and a second, a few days from it. Check the house and write a to-do list before locking the door: for example, check that the gas is closed, the windows as well, and if you can leave the keys to the house to someone trusted who can occasionally give a check.” Keep out of your suitcase everything you need before departure: toothbrush, shoes, clothes and everything that may have happened to you in the general baggage organization.
Leave
Now that everything has been “plucked” from the to-do list, you can leave. You’ll have everything you need and you won’t have any worries of any kind, but especially now that you’ve learned to manage everything you need to organize your vacation, you can apply a few spots even for a simple weekend out of the door.
