Who was Chris or Alexander SuperTramp?
They’ve already passed 26 years since his death, and for those who have a blog dedicated to travel and the wonderful corners of paradise of which the world is full, one cannot fail to remember who, of the world, made it his home: Christopher,Chris McCandless. Originally from California, Chris comes from a wealthy family, but alas, as is often the case in these cases, that perfect life and that already planned future seemed to go too narrow.
So he chooses to leave behind the agiatezza in which he has always lived to pursue his dream (common perhaps a little to everyone but that few of us then have the spirit to pursue): to travel the world!
He began his adventure, which saw him wandering around for two years, in contact with new cultures, discovering new realities and places that until then I had only imagined … who knows, maybe at night, in the darkness of his room when this “crazy” idea began to make room in his mind!
Chris starts with a very specific goal: to travel the west of the United States to reach the lands of distant Alaska, where he ended his days in a bus, the “Magic Bus” (as he called it himself), after probably ingesting some inedible berry, or maybe from hunger or cold… the hypotheses are manifold, who can tell how it really went?
For his choices he is still criticized by many and supported by others, certainly he had no regrets or regrets, as evidenced by the phrase found inside the “Magic Bus”: “I have had a happy life and I thank the Lord. Farewell and god bless you!”
Of guys like Christopher, or Alexander Supertramp, the name he had chosen for this adventure, is full of the world, and who knows that one day walking through the corridors of the university between lectures or comfortably sitting at the coffee table of a bar, we do not manage to come across the “new” Christopher McCandless; Looking forward to knowing his identity, we can only wish him a big good luck and wish him a better fate… wherever and whoever you are![/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]We absolutely advise you to watch a beautiful film that traces its history, entitled: Into the Wild,by Penn, Sean. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]Happiness is only true if shared.
