For many, it was precisely this series of morning habits that self-imposed, one of the keys to success!

For a few months now I have well structured my morning routine and I must say that it is doing me good for this set of reasons:
- Concentration
- Attention
- Discipline
- Focus
- Mindset
I have therefore decided to share with you my habits and send you to try them or at least to establish yours and understand if you experience the benefits but know that it is not a walk at all…
WAKE UP SOON
My morning routine starts with the alarm clock at 6am. Early in the morning gives us more concentration. It’s no coincidence that even when I was in college, I got up really early to study.
THE FIRST GESTURE OF THE DAY
S think I get out of bed with a triple death jump and start dancing the samba you’re wrong… I’m sleepy too, but the first thing I do is drink a glass of water and lemon that gives energy to the body and cleanses from toxins. I recommend you drink it at least half an hour before breakfast
A MOMENT FOR ME
Yoga and meditation,here are these two things I do not do anymore without and not because I think we have who knows what mystical properties or because it makes cool. I just found that they make me feel good, I’m the most intense moment I dedicate to myself. I swear, I was very skeptical when I started.
BREAKFAST
My fellow men have suggested the fast intermittently but sincerely? I’m too hungry in the morning and breakfast and coffee (indeed coffee) don’t jump for the world at all.
STOP IN PAJAMAS
Of course and above all you do not allow to work all day in pajamas, with the clothespin in the hair! Doing this will never really make you feel “at work”.” Many Guru and Pseudo Guru recommend a nice cold shower to begin with… I haven’t reached that level of Mindset yet honestly, well, if you can!
THE BED
and yes sir, my morning routine isn’t exactly Kim Kardashian’s… even the female entrepreneurs make the bed! But I don’t know why… it’s the first activity that sets my brain in motion: to air the room, to fix the place where I slept, gives me a sense of order. From that moment on, I can do everything I set out to do
After that my day begins by looking at all the Things to Do and the goals of the day… but we’ll talk about that in the next article.
