When you have defined:
- What to post
- Tone of voice and language
- Strengths
then you can start structuring your social editorial plan.
First, organize your posts as if they were small address books.
Let’s take the example for a week:
Monday: breakfast at the property
Tuesday: postcard from the place where the property is located with some small curiosity
Wednesday: staff at work
Thursday: one of the rooms
Friday: last minute offer
Saturday: Panorama video from the suite
Sunday: Photos of a dish, cocktail, pool or spa
If you organize according to this logic the content will be much easier to always know what to post and what material to produce.
Tools to organize content for the Social editorial plan
First, we always recommend programming content (media and text) using the publishing tools or the Facebook studio creator that allows you to schedule Instagram posts as well.
Before doing this, however, organize your entire column well so that you know perfectly even time and day precise in which to publish.
To do this you can use:
- Excel file
- File Google Docs
- Google Calendar
- Content Cory (one of our favorite tools)
When you have fixed all the ideas, the media and the texts, then proceed to the programming.
Always monitor the results of each post to see which users “like the most.”
In this way you will organize the next editorial plan with content that will make 100% breach in the heart of those who follow your structure.
