Hello Ladies! Working digitally has many positive aspects but the best of all is certainly the freedom to travel. After all, it doesn’t take much to work except a computer and an internet connection but the most complicated thing, especially at the beginning, is to organize work on the go.
In this article I will explain how to organize work on the go, according to my experience.
TIME
Time management is the most important and complicated aspect to manage.
In fact, initially making the mistake of not planning the work or rather the hours to devote to work and those to enjoy the place.
The best thing I recommend is to dedicate at least a couple of hours in the morning to work. Then reserve a space in the evening or late afternoon, before dinner.
I generally organize myself like this:
In the morning I check and send emails, create copy and graphics for social media, or I dedicate myself to planning post on social media. I also try to do telephone consultations in the morning to keep a fresh mind.

In the second time slot I prefer to monitor sponsorships or analyze results, data and statistics and then compile the reports. Finally, as always, I organize the things to do on the agenda for the next day!
SPACE
To work while traveling it is essential to carefully choose the accommodation in which we will spend the stay.
Make sure there is wifi in the room and possibly common classrooms where this is available.
For me, sight is also fundamental and this is not just my concern; many digital nomads and smart working workers think they are much more productive in front of a pleasant view and not at the usual office.
Also check that the hotel is equipped with some things that you might need while working such as:
Well stocked minibar
Kettle with tea and coffee
Possible room service or Bar 24h
If, on the other hand, you are in an apartment, always check that this is in a welcoming and not too isolated area in order to have the possibility to buy what you need without having to move for kilometers and that allows you to go out and unplug after your hours of work.
TOOLS
Another important element for organizing work while traveling is having the right “tools”!
Here are my essentials for work on the go:
Laptop … of course
Tablet with pen and keyboard
Power bank
Hard disk
Mini router
Bluetooth headphones
Diary
